G&V DEVELOPMENTS

From Ideation to Completion

G&V Developments, a partnership between Gerry Walsh & Vanessa Hamilton, specialises in design/build turn-key renovation and new development projects. The company has overseen a diverse range of residential schemes at various scales, both of its own accord as well as for specific clients over the past decade.

The company handles all aspects of a project from site analysis and purchase, to design and planning. Their scope also includes the implementation of the construction phase all the way through to completion of the property, ready for sale or letting. This allows for a detailed package to be handed over to the client to include all necessary certification and as-built documentation relevant to complete the legal file. The company may be engaged to take on the full package or in some cases, select elements of your project.

"The companies simple philosophy is to create exceptional, high-end

projects in conjunction with the most talented and forward thinking

construction professionals. We always ensure we are partnering with the

most experienced and dedicated tradespeople Ireland has to offer."
